Information Systems for Students

As an OSU Student you have access to several systems that you may use during your time in the MSETM program. We recommend you take some time and work your way through the password discovery process for these systems and become familar with their functions. Since these systems are centrally managed, the ETM or distance education staff cannot reset your passwords. If you get into a situation where you need some guidance please call or email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

We recommend all new students do the following:

Step 1: Activate your O-Key account.

Go to the O-Key Information Management System, follow the instructions for activating your account. The instructions are fairly clear but if you get hung up the Help Desk can bail you out. Call 405-744-HELP(4357) or (toll free) 1-877-951-4836.

Step 2: Login to SIS
Using your O-Key username and password, enter SIS and familiarize yourself with the services available there. As distance learners you can use all these services EXCEPT on-line registration.

Step 3: Record your passwords.

If you'd like an easy way to keep your passwords straight, download the "cheat sheet", fill out your username and password information and keep it in a safe place. This information can also be printed out while in the "personal profile" on the O-Key Account Management System.
